Give people a time limit before the tickets can't be taken in any more..... And you would have to prove that all everybody ticket would be in the pot right?

Maximum number of tickets available to each individual and an overall availability of tickets limit, drawing date and deadline to purchase, have a pic of the pre selected ray and whether female or male so everyone knows what they are getting and cant complain after the fact. Maybe a witness to drawing.

Also make sure you have your rules posted in advance of sales of tickets.
 
Great idea trev, but definitely need to set a limit on how many tickets that can b purchased. Sounds like there's a lot of people interested, so like 1 or 2 would b fair for everybody. No sense for 1 person buying the pot
Another idea, after all the tickets have been sold out, list ticket numbers and the person that bought them on a thread. Then post vid with u and witnesses pulling the winning ticket
