cool catfish
i have that is 2"
and i can get them

I've had one for about 2months very nice looking fish that doesnt get too big. Very easy to take care of. Loves shrimp pellets and bloodworns. It usually stays away from cucumbers but i need to try to feed him zuc. I got mine from one of my buddys that owns a fish store for 15.00. He was about 1 1/2 wen i got him.

I haven't really had much problem with the mess. I had a royal pleco and that was messier than this one. Ive heard they rarely exceed 10in but i have a 90 gallon tank so i am not really worried about it.

They can be very aggressive towards other similiar size plecos. They win most of the fights with their foul temper. However the look of them makes them worth to put up with.

Here's a crappy pic of my 3" L114. They do get big, ~12", although they grow slow. Mine is pretty aggressive, when he comes out, all the other plecos growing out in the tank run and hide. Well worth any trouble they cause. Feed them meaty foods, mine devours peeled market shrimp and sinking carnivore pellets.
