found this pic on the net .. has anyone heard of this? does anyone have one?? my LFS has one right now just wanted to know how common or rare this might be????

Looks like a RTC/TSN to me too. Just because they dont breed in the wild doesnt stop someone from releasing one into the wild.
 
it is a rtc x tsn. That fish was caught by an angler in thailand. The fish are from south america. Jean Francios Helios is the guide there, and he fishes the rivers that they stock with rtc x tsn, arapaima, rtc, tsn, ect. You can catch most large tropical fish out of some game lake there in thailand. It's stocked to the brim with exotics.
