leos from thailand???

Not to mention they are just extremely expensive....., even for todays prices...
 
I tried to deal with him once and found the biggest problem was they consider all black rays leo and don't seperate henlei, p14 etc so most of his rays are hybrids of some sort.
 
I have spoken with Wasan many times over the past 3-4 months. He 100% positively has no pure blood leopoldis available, from his own words. He was many beautiful hybrids available now, but that is a personal choice, and there have been many debates on here about his hybrids..

Transhipping can be rough from what Ive heard..

Just a thought, But exactly how to you distinguish an adult Leopoldi from a Henlei? My apologies in advance if that is a completly stupid black ray question..

Coloration of he spots is the easiest way to tell, I have both rays mature and when you look at them side by side there quite different.
 
THE WEIRD PART IS HE TRIES TO SELL ALL TYPES OF BLACK RAYS AND PEARL RAYS THAT ARE LABELED ACCORDINGLY.... BUT IF HE DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE IS SELLING IS REALLY WHAT IT IS... (AS THE THEY ARE NAMED) - THEN THAT IS SCREWED UP.....
 
and by the way.. someone please check out the female pearl hybrid he has on aquabid.. we have debated this ray plenty before, and many called it motoro many said it was possibly pearl hyrbid.. anyway, check out the pics now, the ray is starting to darken up a lil.. any comments from anyone?

Nick, it looks pearl/motoro to me. More motoro,though.
 
VERY WELL COULD BE A PEARL HYBRID....,
ITS A NICE RAY......, BUT IN MY OPINION NOT NEARLY WORTH THE MONEY.....
