Lol this is too funny. This reminds me when I posted something titled '*** turtles?' on a turtle forum and got banned lol.
I had a FlowerHorn breed with a sponge filter....for days he would fertilize the sponge...It was either a case of FlowerHorney or I was gonna have a brood of sponge - bobs...
thats very interesting, ive always wondered with jags how to tell the sexes? i have a breeding pair but uh.. i dont kno which ones the daddy haha. all i know is every month or so its like a ant hill in the bottom of the tank. ones big and pretty like the ones in your avatars and the other is smaller with less markings. i always assumed the small one was female. but if yours want to be lezbens let 'em be lezbens haha
eggs are produced by the female with or without a male... the process of breeding does not take place unless a male is there to fertilize the egg..so it does not indicate the female has any sexual preference.. her body produces the eggs and she needs to eliminate them...Her natural instinct is that she is always hoping that a guy comes along in the wild.. normal stuff..
