I love the facial coloration on the Mokes. I just wish mine would come out more. Might put it back witht eh smaller ones in the more planted tank after they grow just a bit more.
 
Thanks guys! Yeah I've had my Moke forever but he hasn't grown much. I got 4 bichirs from Toyin at the same time and they all look completely different. He'll get big, eventually.

the situation in Germany is a bit different to the US or Asia ... here are other bichirs very rare: Laps with vivid colouration (we mostly can get those uni-coloured specimens here) and P.retropinnis, P. mokelembembe and P.buettikoferi.
Very hard to get are P.ansorgii aud P.teugelsi (it seems that i'm the one and only keeper in Germany). Also hard to get: P.weeksi.
