Breathing normal and fins seem fine

Guess what my LFS hAS NOTHING FOR INTERNAL PARASITES. kinda ticked off now I have 2 more fish which are looking like there gonna die and another one who looks like hes on his way. I did notice stringy poop now.

Both walmart and petsmart sell jungle parasite clear which treats internal and external parasites. I have used it twice, once it saved the fish, the most recent time I think I treated too late and I lost the fish. I am not an expert on meds though and someone else might have better suggestions.

there is heavy breathing I just noticed
Oh and we dont have a petsmart and our walmart stopped carring fish.
