My Alligator Snapping Turtles is definitely a Parker.
 
My ornate bichir is a total parker, my red wolf fish (erythius not hoplias) is somewhat of a parker, he likes to jet around sometimes though him and a peacock bass is the perfect amount of movement for my taste, I like how the scenery explodes when you feed ambush preds. Basically all "parkers" are ambush preds, if its not then there is something wrong with your fish
