let's see all of those "gentle giants"!!! If you have or had a Pacu post it's picture here! Let's show some love for all of them!

Here are some of the most recent pics of our little one and her antics...she was a rescue fish that we saved from a 55 gallon tank! yes...a 22" fish was in a 55 gallon tank! anyway...here she is in her new 180 gallon home. either this coming summer or fall we are looking into getting a 240 or 375 for her.

I had rb that was about a foot long when I took him to go live in one of our friends large ponds. Paco was so cool. During the "move", he jumped from the tank and ended up on the floor. Also soaked the whole room, including our bed. Chased him around the room for a good minute to get him into the cooler. He's fine, and is now around 20" or so. Cant get good pics of him though, the pond is more like a small lake, and only get small glimpses of him. But he is huge!

mine woke my girlfriend and i up in the middle of the night last night with a loud crash. she threw water all over the living room wall and window. no harm done, but it freaked me out for a while. they are such a powerful fish.
