Here is my redtail... Here is a picture when we first got him in september 2010 so he is somewhere around 4 months old and now he is right around 16 inches...

your RTC looks great and healthy but i would dump all the junk shells and drift wood but i must say you water looks spot on

Thank you... and I do want to get that stuff out of the tank but my girlfriend wants me to keep it in there cause it looks better to her... Im like the tank is for the fish not the decorations... It would give him much more room to roam... If anything I would keep the drift wood but other than that everything else does need to go...

hey its okay. Once your rtc gets big enough you can just throw your gf in there. There wont be anything left. ;) Then you can take the crap out of the tank so he can swim. :nilly:

Shhhh thats my plan haha... There was a big rock in there that he kept knocking into the glass... Yeah can't risk it knocking over and busting the tank...
