so ive been slacking with my update, but i will get picks soon, i just wanna wait for some sand

hows everyone's elses jurs doing?
 
Mine is doing great.
Still won't come to the bottom of the tank yet. I have to hand feed him bloodworms and shrimp all the time cause he dosen't seem to go to the bottom to search for it.

hmm, the only time mine go to the top is when there being picked on or just swimming, maybe you have something with it that wont let it come down
 
my guy is doing great...i had to move it as my small endli though it would be good to try and eat a 3" SAL...i was pissed cause i put it in my feeder tank and the feeders ate the streamer down...it was over 13" long and the cat is only 5-6"...it is also getting a kick *** black lower streamer as well...that one is 3" now
 
I have a juruense in my 80 with the 20 cichla growouts... He has 7 inch streamers, eats shrimp, and loves to sit on the magnetic glass cleaner. He eat sout of my hand, and I can pet him. He looks to be an oddball on to.

what is sout?...is it nutriant rich?:grinno:
 
Here's my 6" Juruense. He's growing pretty slow..Picked it up at 3" almost 4 months ago.


This pic was taken about a 1.5 months ago. He's a bit bigger now.
