i couldn't take care of my turtles properly =/ one died and i didn't want the other one to, so i gave him to my friend. he's grown a lot and is much happier.

yeah, I kept in for about 2 years and it grew like crazy. it was wild caught as a baby and then released 2 years later into the same pond I caught it. It was over a foot long when I let it go. here are some pics from the day I let it go:

Yeah, the biggest one is the ally snapper that was 140lbs (and that is small for an adult M. temminckii). The smallest (the Peninsula Cooter) was only just bigger than a quarter and only weighed a few onces.

the pattern is what i thought was neat.
cute turtle though. i have one right now and love her.

damm! nice! i do like the first pic. what are those? also some nice turtles! nice snakes too...kinda...lol they freak me out. i found a snake hole yesterday and it freaks me out.

nice snake man! i think theyre pretty neat. i just dont think i would do well with one in my house. hahaha
