Yeah Beta get a bad aggression rep just so stores can justify keeping then in 1 cup of water. Although, I personally don't think of monster as in something that demolishes food, or grows huge but rather possibility. I think Beta can have good personality:)

it all depends on the betta... I keep getting agro ones..but I still love their personality
 
same here, kept them for 7 years...

had my current one for six months, after my old one passed away after almost four years in my care.
