I've got the same setup as you but 1 sediment and 2 carbon and run around 100 gal/day on mine. My first 2 filters are plugged by sediment in 1 month. I'm only suppose to get about 3000 gallons on mine so I change all of them every month and never have chlorine issues. I'm not sure how fine your carbon filters go. My sediment is 1 micron, how fine are your carbon?

can u elaborate on this "dose matic"? im not sure if i have chlorimines or not.....


thanks for the info! im gonna get my water tested asap.....

if i dont change my filters exactly once a month, my armatus starts getting agitated with something..... could this be my prob?????

most carbon block filters are 5 micron...

I have an R/O system I use, and I never put prime or anything like that in the water,haven't seen any ill effects. I do add r/o right to add trace elements, I have'nt hooked it up to a drip system yet, as I dont have a liquid doser.

i was thinking about getting an r/o but ive heard some bad things about them....
