Same species, correct name is Orangehead Tapajos
 
Here's my heckelii. Picture is kinda blurry but he's the nice one I have out of 7 besides my camera is old. lol He's about 3 inches. Whatcha guys think?

Very nice colors. Good looking Heckelii! Fun to watch these guys develope their threads on the fin.
 
Thxs for the compliment. I'm definitely looking forward to my heckelii's development. Hopefully when they mature I'll be successful in breeding them.

heres my Geophagus dicrozoster. hes an aggressive little bugger. hes holding his own with 3 large oscars, 2 convicts, a jack dempsey and a green terror. the last picture is him fighting with the female convict over a territory. he has amazing colors then but its hard to see him under the rock. :grinno:
