just fine. the bichirs pay no attention to the cichlids. my psittacus was mouthing the new big ones the first few days but leave them alone now

OK i'm now an eartheater fan !!
Picked up 2 x breeding colonies and within 24 hrs i have 2 red hump females with mouthfuls.
Advice welcome.

The Leucos in the pics. Question how long will the red humps hold eggs/fry in their mouths for ? I have removed the male as he was just being crazy hyperactive and molesting his women so they are in the tank with the leucos alone.

Here are some pics of my Geo's some are in a 4ft being grown to but in the large one.
I know there is a beaten up fish they are a pair and were in a devied tank with another pair and some how the female got into the other side and got beaten up, but she is on the mend now, i brought another femal for him so now he has to to go after

Do I need a few to produce effective sand sifting (moderate cleaning)???
What species is just mildly agressive and sifts a lot of sand???
