I think you should be good for alittle while. My 24 only grew 1/2-1" since I got him a year and half ago. It feeds primarily on sinking carnivores and sometimes on algae wafers. Sorry can't get pics it hides and can only see the tail part lol.

Ditto that. I was told to do that with my L25's which I did. I wonder if some of my previous losses was due to a lack of this step with some smaller WC pleco's.
Treat all fish prophylactically cause u never know where they come from
