I have one about 8" as well. Seem's to be done growing.

Mine are still growing strong all of them are at the 8'' mark now

One in my 55g is pretty aggressive he fights with my four line pictus all the time over a hiding spot under a piece of driftwood. He use to lock lips with my old jaguar cichlid to.

Nice pics of these cats. Mine is about 4.5-5" now and still seems to be growing but i rarely see him, he hides constantly now.
