I have one thats around 8" never see him unless the lights are out. The only fish I have left from my original setup in 2005

Thats what I thought... mines in fresh...
Mines growth rate actually surprised me... he seemed to jump really quick from the about 1" to around 2-2.5" but now i havn't seen any change... so yeah. Slow growers, but cool cats
