That is most likely a Coralife programmable power strip. There is some Chinese company that makes these and I've seen a lot of different names stamped on the same unit.
I have two of the Coralife ones and honestly I really dislike them. They are time consuming to program, and mine always reset when I unplug them, even with the new clock batteries. I prefer the manual, rotating timers over the Coralife ones.

Zilla also is a name stamped on them, Found in the reptile dept at petsmart.

I dont know which i prefer most, Ive got no problem with programming
the digital ones, ive been using them for about 6 or 7 years now.
Have never had one loose memory during a quick unplug and plug back in.
However, i have had a digital model pretty much die. Digital feature died,
causing the 4 timed outlets to stop working. Pretty much ruled the power
center as useless after that.
But ugh they are ok.
that digital model has 4 constant on sockets, 2 daytime sockets and 2 night time sockets.
You run out of constant on sockets fast with a large tank.
