How long until Cons are full grown? Mine is getting chunktastic at 1.5 years. I assume they're similar to Firemouths, which need at least 3 years. More important: When will he get a hump? Some say they require certain stimuli. His tank faces the TV. Maybe I should leave adult movies playing while I'm at work.

What is the max size of a convict, I saw some at my LFS and I thought they were cool, but i thought they only got around 3 inches

i miss my convicts, i sold mine as they were breeding and were battering my midevil although the midevil was about three times the size of the male convict it didn't stop him from launching lightning fast strikes on my midevil.

This is my male, posted him somewhere else yesterday, seems like a few convict threads have popped up.
He is a beast an regularly protects his fry from a synispilum an jd for a week or so until they finally get them.
