I am becoming very interested in picking up a carpintis. I would love to see your photos as they seem variable in color. Any tips for getting a very colorful one? Are the WC desirable over tank raised for these guys?

carpintus are much more aggressive than a green terror, and very territorial, so unless your tank is large, I doubt the GT will survive if the carpintus gets established

My small one. May be a cyano, still have a hard time telling.
I've kept Midas/RD, flowerhorn, vieja, and many more together lol the key is large tank
