i'm going to be getting my own car when i go off to college so what's a decent car that's rear wheel drive and can be easily modified to go fast and corner tight. and preferably under $15k for the stock car. used/new, doesn't matter.

My mazdaspeed 3. Not the fastest but definitely a fun car to drive, especially when you hit boost! Corners super tight bone stock, nice little go car that won't break the bank. But torque steers like no other
