Lets see your cars!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
My V8s have their place, but I'm now into utility and mileage for my daily driving. We love this Prius V I bought at the end of July. (The gas hogs are covered up behind the car)

We drive it hard and already have nearly 10,000 miles. After getting 25 mpg on my Camry, I am thrilled to get this many miles from a 12 gallon tank of gas

The car is so roomy, my husband refers to it as "your truck". Hauled my harp and bench in it this weekend for a Christmas program and had room to spareView attachment 974459

Years ago I had a very beautiful Cougar that flew like the wind. An old lady asked me what kind of mileage I got. I flippantly retorted, "I didn't buy it for the mileage." I've now come full circle. Yikes! I have become that old lady!!! For me, there's a place for power and major gas consumption. Two summers ago my credit card company put a freeze on my rewards credit card during the 5% cash back on gas period. They felt that I was purchasing too much gas and that there was fraud involved. I had to explain that we play hard on the lake and yes, the boat burns a LOT of gas. After that, Chase put a $1000 limit on gas purchases for their 5% cash back rewards program. :( :(

Yup, I'm now just an old lady with a Prius.

I think I'm slowly coming around to getting a cheap car for better mileage to offset my fuel consumption in my jeep.

My 230 HP V6 Outlander get 20+ mpg, which I consider good cause I catch myself up in 90's very easily if I'm not paying attention.

My 08 suburban ltz on the day I bought it 5months ago. With the minor mods I went from 320hp to 360hp. Its no lambo but it will definitely push your body into the seat I can beat just about any full size suv out there. A true gas guzzler taking about $90 give or take to fill up every 6-8 days. With me being 6'7 and 290pounds im comfortable and the family is safe not to mention shes a beast with the snowy nyc winters. Looking to buy a hoopty within next 2 months.

What's the Grand Prix in the background of the first pic? Looks like it might be lowered and debadged, which could mean goodies. I see another w-body, too, in another picture :D

I love w-bodies. I'm on the w-body.com forum, etc. I've also had a 96 GTP and 91 GTP MTX. Non-W, I've also had a 79 Blazer, 86 Camaro, mint 86 Riviera (hit and totalled a month after I bought it ), 98 Riviera, 06 Cobalt SS/SC and 87 Bonne. I have a 98 Regal GS that's been giving me electrical fits lately, lol. Centuries ARE a bit boring, haha, but they're still w's. I also have an 87 V10 headache. The only non-GM I've ever had was a Cherokee.
