i hear you bro. I've got the room too, and the cash, but the lady has put a prohibition on new tanks. I can have the one and thats it....and she's the one who got me interested in fish keeping !

and mine lady is the one that bought me my first fish tank (even it's only a 10g) 2 years after I sold all my tanks.... I think that's their bait, once your are hooked and then they just leave you hanging.

If you can only have one tank then I'd say get one MONSTER tank then separate it into multiple small tanks. in the end it's only one tank

there you go, just few more months. should give you enough time to safe up for a multi-thousand gallon tank
one advise, make sure your new house has a walk in basement with a really wide door way. don't make the mistake I made which limited the largest tank I can ever get in my current house to be 72"x30"x30"
