We always have a tree up. Would have to kick the cats out if need be...can't not have a tree! We had a live tree last year. Now its a fake one....the 180 is in the way now

My gf is awesome, didn't even know I had a fake tree, let alone ornaments and lights lol.

Notice she had to move my drumset lol. Bachloer pad

I can't see anything - is it me or did your upload fail?

i'll get pics up later but ours is a 12 footer, pain in the you know what to put up.
Can't wait to see it. A 12' tree is huge and heavy, good work.

It's a Home Depot-something fir.... View attachment 856451

Nice tree, I like how you can see two tanks in the photo.

Nice cat, it looks like my 14 year-old lucy!

Na, it's like 3 feet away... Plus we never use it, to close to the tanks.

Here's the house, have about half the lights up View attachment 856608View attachment 856609

Let's see!

Looks like a Charlie Brown tree! Better than nothing!
It is for sure. It was overgrown with blackberry bushes, so it is a little sparse. We were going to pick a really nice one, but the wife thought it would be better to cut down a tree nobody would buy.

Here's ours. All credit goes to my wife, I just cut it down and brought it inside. I like the uncultured look, but she really liked this Nordmann. Not sure how I feel buying a fir native to the other side of the world while living in the Pacific Northwest...

You can see the aquarium and pellet stove in the wider angle shot.

I think it's cute!

Nice sitting area! I should have made this a "Let's See Your Tree and Tank" thread. Where did you get it?

I actually might be planting some Nordmann Firs this spring. I am going to replant the trees that I cut and there is a big area (relatively big, maybe an acre and a half out of five) where most of the Nobles that I planted died. It is a rockier and wetter part of the field and supposedly Nordmanns can grow in extremely wet areas.
