Isn't sword fish and Sailfish the same thing? I always thought it was.

I thought the one with the small dosalr fin was a marlin

Sailfish are the ones with the long and high dorsal fin. They are cousins of marlin (there are several species) which have the smaller dorsal. Swordfish are in an entirely different group. They are actually a scaleless fish.
