I have a 150g thats sitting on DIY stand on top of 3/4 blue foam. All of which is on a carpeted floor.

I filled the tank put a level on it then drained and leveled. After about a week the tank settled to be off, left to right, 1/8". Will the foam absorb the 1/8 over time or should drain and relevel again?

Thanks

I wouldn't worry about .125" myself.

i wouldnt worry about that lil bit youll be fine

mine is off by probably 3/8" left to right and i've had no problems. there are no level floors in this apartment and there's no getting a tank level either

i used shims from homedepot and hammer them under the tank stand as needed.

you want to be very carefull doing that though. using like 1"-1.5" shims for doors and things can create high pressure spots under your tank. it'll look like it's sitting flat and everything but little do you know most of your weight is on 1 or 2 shims untill it cracks and you have water everywhere.
