Tongs Tropical Fish in Fountain Valley. Never had problem there.

With Tong's it depends on who you go to. The owner and, I think it's his sister, super weird looking chick at the counter, don't have very good people skills unless you ask them a complicated question. If you ask simple questions, they act like you're an idiot and should already know the answer. Other than that, I haven't had problems with any of the employees.
