The very best is Cartimar! No doubt about it! It's a HUGE fish and pet mall, and a one stop shop!! We visit there EVERY time we go to Manila! Our favorite private driver from our favorite hotel only charges $40 for the whole day and we check out Cartimar and some of the other stores along with the Koi Mall in QC by the freeway.
He's an older guy and seems to know what we like and where to go.
Manila Ocean Park, the BEST public aquarium in the Philippines, is also in Manila and just around the corner from the U.S. Embassy.

if you want reps for cheap they sell them in front of a certain church in bulacan...im not sure if its on bulacan i havent been there again but they sell 7ft. reticulated pythons there for only 700 pesos but they are wild caught so they are stressed out and in a mess there...
