LFS in Pitt that accepts trade-ins

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
K krichardson They won't accept equal trade whatsoever, if you willing to give them some money then they more than happy to do business with you.
**The LFS I visit regularly the staff there very knowledgeable about fish species, I gave them a common name of the fish and they usually replied with correct scientific name of the species :) However, the store owner is a tard though, he barely know anything about fishes and always giving out wrong advises to customers asking him about the fish he selling. LOL

oh the owner is a total cheapskate haha, and the prices there are outrageous on some stuff. That and some dude named "Jon" buys every decent fish they get in...rays...dats...everything in those tanks has "hold for Jon" on the front in sharpie lol.

Do you go anywhere else down there? I know other lfs exist but I only go to Elmers and AW.

Elmer's and aquaworld really are my main two. I prefer Elmer's in general, though I hardly ever see any cool larger fish there anymore. I did just pick up an over priced FH there though...

Anyone know about oddballs? Or wetpets? Only other stores I know in the area. Neville island is a serious trip to get $10, I'd rather give Elmer's the free business, they deserve it. Thanks for the help everyone.

I'm close to dropping off a larger red severum. I'm sure they'll put a $200 tag on it like the last large one I saw in there.
