hell ya dude. hook it up. pics rock. workin at an LFS is definitely more costly than helpful. sure ya get a discount but that just means you buy more. i had 6 tanks set up when i was workin at one and when i left it cost me an arm and half a leg just to keep them ruinning. my reef got taken down once i left because with a 50% discount stuff is a little more affordable......more pics once you get hired!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!
Congrats on the new job, I remember my first job was at a pet shop and Ive been hooked ever since! Im sure you will learn even more about fish now!
