Cool. I picked up similar ones in San Diego two weeks ago. Placed them in a 14,000 gallon pond and haven't seen them since.

My LFS stocks some Sterlets from time to time (tried them twice, but things out of my power kept happening)
These look different though.

nice i am in austrailia i saw some in a petshop in eastern europe a few years ago and i fell in love i wish we could keep them here. did you buy any.

Didn't buy any. I would have to run a chiller, today hit 105, to hot for the fish and to hot for me!!!
