How much TB do those rays go for Barrett? Also how much does that translate to in usd?

I thought maybe I saw 4,500 Thb (~$150 USD) on the tank for the smaller one (about 8-9"), but I just messaged the girl there, and she said it was 2,500 Thb (~$80 USD). It was sold earlier today. Not sure about the bigger one, maybe about $200.

What is the fish in the second picture? Silver with black and orange fins. It’s face and body look like a ryukin, but I’ve never seen fins like that before.

Think that is a short body tinfoil barb

Thank you. I looked that up and I think you are right. I guess I never really looked at tinfoil barbs before and I’ve never seen a short body like that. Very interesting.

Yes that's a SB Tinfoil Barb, first time I've seen one myself, but there certainly seems to be an ongoing trend with local breeders and SB variations of bigger fish (I'm not sure, but I presume so that people don't need quite as big as tanks to keep them).

Btw, does anyone know what the 2 big striped fish are in pics 3 & 4? They were quite impressive and very nice looking.

Also did anyone notice the yellow and white Iridescent Sharks? I'm not sure if that too is a newish thing they're breeding for or some kind of transition stage of coloration -- the albino Iridescents I've seen have always been pure white from very young.

Julien barbs,

Was sitting around yesterday debating back and forth whether I should go buy a new pump for one of my Aro tanks. The Jebao DCT-8000 pump on there now is ok, but the UV and trickle filter both could use some more turn over. But as business/finances aren't so great atm I was trying to talk myself out of it. Finally I decided that I'll set off (on my motorcycle), but if I hit any red lights on the way, I'll take it as a sign and turn back.

Couldn't believe it at the time but all 7 lights on the way to LFS were green. So I had no choice but to buy it lol.

While there I saw some nice Frontosa...

And some new cheap as chips stingray pups (1 for US$52, 2 for $98)...
