Same person different tank. That was a 5ft tank.pilau;1526654; said:Awesome!!!!!!!! It looks a lot like a tank I saw that had Discus in it and a few plants. Is this the same one?
Vieja synspilum, guttulata, regani, argentea, maculicauda, Archocentrus cutteri, sajica, multispinosa, nicaraguense, pearsei, and spotted silver dollers.Robert S;1526878; said:Really awesome set up, this is exactly how I want my 300 to look. It's empty in the garage right now waiting for me to finish my basement. Anyway, can you list the fish in this set up? I recognize most of them but I really like the combinations. Are those big guys really just ignoring those swordtails?
No there fine, there's no pedatory fish in there, only plant eaters.rmorse;1526887; said:Wow. How do you have pineapple swords in there? I would imagine they would be eaten pretty quickly...
If i put plants in there they would either be uprooted or eaten by the SD and pearsei. Plus i wanted a biotope kinda look hense the subdued lighting.Cdog;1526903; said:Very nice. I love the natural look. How come no plants? It might brighten things up a bit, but still looks great.
Got them from maidenhead aquatics. yes mine to are slow growers, i think normal silver dollers are much faster. Just like to say thankyou all for your positive comments. I'll add more photos later on if anything happens or if i get new fish.bill88;1526958; said:nice spotted SDs. how long have u had them? mines seem to grow slow compared to normal silver dollars. or did u get those from whaft aquatics?
