more than likes the issue, tho electricity and water/humid area do not mix well, corrosion. hence clean the contacts, rubbing alcohol good for that, unplug the starter and clean those contacts as well, if new bulb cleaning the contacts does not work, change the starter/ballast, and for poops and giggles make sure the plug is not loose in the socket.
Light keeps blinking on and off!
