There is one that you can buy at Petsmart. I dont know if it can control as much as you would like it to but it might be worth looking into.

Hello; It is practical for you to wire the fans so that they run when any of the lights are on? Is it that the timers fail or do they get out of phase with the fans and other lights? Perhaps the fans can be wired thru a thermal switch on an independent circuit so that they come on and off at preset temps. Would this satisify the need for cooling regardless of what happens with the lights??
