There are a nunber of things wrong here.

Neither lumens nor watts actually tell you anything about a lights abikity to grow plants.

Watts is a measure of how much energy is needed to power any given fixture and was therefore NEVER a useful rule of thumb.

Likewise, lumens is a measure of the brightness of a light to human eyes...just the same as kelvin is the measure of the colour of the light to human eyes. Neither of these speak to the quality or strength of the light to grow plants.

PAR umol/n2/s and Spectrum nm are they only measurable factors affecting whether a light can grow plants optimally.
