So I'm in a little pickle as I can't decide whether to go with full spectrum LEDs or natural light simulated LEDs for my tank. Recommendations please!!!

Are they different? What fittings or LEDs are you looking at? Because, frequently full spectrum and natural light are interchangeable marketing terms. In the cases where they're not the same, full spectrum is usually a higher color rendering index and "Natural light" is just a light with a color temp around 5000-6500k.

Both are fine, Those plastic plants will survive. Less spectrum would bring you less algae for extra suggestion.

It really depends what you prefer at the end of the day but personally i tend to like the whiter light even if can wash out a fishes colors a little...
