I run finnex planted plus on my 125 and beamswork on my 220s. My opinion the finnex make the fish pop better but that is a planted tank also so I needed lights to grow the plants.

This top 2 pics is the 125 with the finnex and the
bottom pic is of the beamswork no my 220s.

I like marine full spec 10k's for general viewing. I use a viva grow 24/7s with a ton of controls. It will grow plants and is pretty good for overall viewing. I thinking its like 70par at 25 inches if I remember correctly but I may be wrong.

Natural daylight makes my fish wash out bad and gives a yellowish hue. The 24/7 has an ugly full daylight. The marine specs are a lot crisper.

Here's some small temp tanks before I moved. Top is full daylight bottom is full spec marine 10k

The little puff is a full spec at 100%
