Lighting for a Big tank

Hi everyone.

The time for me to build my monster tank is coming close and I realised I hadn't really thought about lighting.
The dimensions are as follows -

Length - 210cm/7'
Height - 60cm/2'
Width - 90cm/3'
Volume - 1134Litres/250G

What lighting would you suggest. if possible something that won't break the bank I work at a pet store where I can get 40% discount and so if I get names of the light unit, I can source it through my store.

If you get 40% i would get the Marineland Led's. single bright or double bright depending on the fish you will be keeping

I'd also suggest the marineland leds. For a tank thats 2' deep I'd probably vote for the double brights. I've got them on 3 of my 4 tanks and they are a great performing, good looking light.

The one drawback to the marinelands is that the light control is setup on a single rocker switch; with no way to put a separate timer in the day and night modes.

As already mentioned marine land led. I have them on my 150 gallon tall tank and they look great, bonus I love the blue night lights it just sucks you can't have both on timers to switch themselves back and forth.
