I just recently purchased an AquaticLife quad t5 for my 150 tall. So far so good for me. I had problems getting with leds reaching the bottom of the tank. My jungle Val and amazon swords did nothing for 6 months. In the week I have had the fixture running, the jungle Val has grown around 2".

Here is a pic of a DIY on my 180. That is only about half of the LED strip I bought so it could be much brighter if I wanted it to be.
