Lighting SMART BULB work for my tank???

hi, so i know little to nothing about aquarium lighting, I was wondering if I could get some help:

I wanted to go with pendant lighting... only issue, BULBS?
I dont know what to go for, What I need it for:
-South American setup
-Low light plants
-Timer
-Changeable color
-Shimmer effect

Tank is 60 by 18 by 26 high

Check it out tell me if it qualifies for any of the above?

It says to be color changing, wifi controlled, 2500k - 9000k, and they say to have both warm white and cool white(Not sure which is better)

if you know how to get nice lighting under 200$ Canadian for my tank with a proper custom timer and all the other thing i mentioned, do give ideas, i prefer 2 lights over the longer lights.

You are not going to find everything you are looking for in a all in one package at that price. So get a beams works and suspend it over the tank to get the absolute closest you can. Or look into par38 led bulbs in a pendant fixture on a WiFi enabled timer like a wemo. You can find color adjustable par38s but not cheap or easily. Standard bulbs like you show there are not going to be strong enough.

also they gives off more purple like colours, I want it for freshwater
