lighting suggestions needed

I need some lighting suggestions for my 4 gallon. The diminutions are 9x12x9. I am planning on have this tank planted full of Corkscrew Vallisenaria. I want a lighting fixture that is going to look nice but also provide enough light for the CSV. I had some one mention a desk lamp form office depot but I don't have a lot of room on my desk for a lamp. I have found a few nice looking fixtures online.

Can any one tell me if they have used these? How well do they work? Or if any one has another suggestion on a different lighting fixture?
 
I have a 50g tank 36(L)x18(W)x18(H). I just bought HC and i want it to carpet. i have 3pcs 23w (69w total) cfl bulb (spiral type) do you think my aquarium lights need more wattage?

We would need more info on your set up, like whether or not you dose fertilizers and/or CO2 gas. But I think your lighting is fine. Needing high light is a misconception.

Yeah I am thinking of doing a desk lamp. I have just started several extreme nano tanks and could use a desk lamp for those as well.

But I would still like to know if any one has used the above light fixtures.

i have a diy co2 in my tank.
 
I use the Hampton Bay desk lamp over my 3g. Has a 27w 6500k PC bulb. Grows moss in that tank like nobody's business!

These tanks are awesome. I have seen several people using these Hampton Bay lamps. I think this might be what I get thanks.
