The hygger advanced lights are good for the money.
They have the sunrise/sunset feature. They are adjustable and have timer options.
I bought 2 of these for my 7 foot tank and they light it really well.

I just got one of these and was so impressed for prize I already ordered another. +1 on the hygger

I also ended up ordering one to test it out.. bought the second one about 10 minutes after plugging it in.. great light!
