No lids, just a solid top with three sections cut out in it. Sucks...lol. How do you keep the flash up there if you take the lids off? Hold the flash AND the camera in different hands? LoL!! I have bad coordination, would hate to drop the flash in the tank....oy...sorry for being so niave...really not familiar with remote flashes.
