Lighting?
I have a 57 gallon Marineland built in tank, saltwater LR only, It has a built in double lighting system, I added 1 zoomeds 10000k Actinic bulb, and one Reef sun bulb is this sufficient for fowlr growth or even corals...?

FOWLR yes, you don't technically need any lighting for that

as for reef it would depend on what type of corals and what type of bulb (T8, T5, PC, halide etcetera)

id agree, coraline will grow anyways so it should be fine.
