I accidentally got a 20k light bulb and I was wondering if I could use it just as a weaker actinic light bulb. Also, will it be okay with a 10k or 14k light bulb?

nothing wrong with using a 20k, especially since its a myth that you NEED blue lights anyway... (from things I've read... I'd post a source but I'm not sure which articel it was) infact I'm pretty sure a few members use only 20k MH bulbs on their reefs. Anyways, yes, its fine, mix it up with a 10k or w/e and you should be good to go. But IMO the only purpose behind blue lights is they make corals glow with brighter colours (the UV makes them light up), yes, corals tend to photosynthasis better in the blue spectrum, but often lights are somewhat limited in their wavelenght output... so its good to have a bit of a few different ones (like 20k with a 10k) to ensure enough spectrums are coverd.
