I either like my fish raw or cooked, not both and alive!

Though one time I did fillet a catfish (i just cut down the sides so no gutting or head chopping or anything) and I threw the what I thought was the carcass back into the bucket of fresh water. I then cooked, ate, and cleaned the kitchen before I went out to dump the carcass in the woods and Ill be damned, that fish was still alive and flopping pretty good!

As much as I love to take care of fish, I also like to eat it =-( as mentioned either sushi raw or fried. Not half alive, half dead. That just looks like cruelest thing ever.

well i saw a chinese show on how to cook it they scale it really fast and dip the body in hot oil then pour sauce on top. This is to show how "skilled" the chef is. but ill trans late it
