Like Rap/Hip-Hop?

i dunno, rap is really irritating to listen to. its all about sex drugs and money.
 
yeah the hard rock and other stuff i listen to is either positive or if its not,its fantasy nerdy stuff thats not a real threat anyways.I used to listen to rap but i saw how drugs almost got me down and did bring my friends down.Death ran strong through friends and family,money was all i wanted and i learned my lesson their,half my friends got kids with different moms because they thought they were down with the hose,lol.So i watch these young kids in my town following the trends and worshiping the mtv mighty dollar and the gangsta style and its our number 1 problem here.,,,,,,,,,,,,I do still listen to beasty boys but i play music weather metal,rock,jazz,techno or whatever and they got alot of funk and rock.The best thing you guys can do is spread the word of some positive rap groups with good morals because i know there has to be some.Id like to know.I just cant stand the guys that are all up in my face blurting out some phsyco babble like they are trying to frighten me or whatever.metal stuff is more of a show,to release some pressure in life,rap is more of a lifestyle and it really effects young kids and distracts them.Ill tell you right now,its easier to make money sellin dope,then you need your homies to protect you,the only girls that think your cool are hot,but skanks,and you cant ever go to moms with a clean heart.lol.If you can listen to it without being sucked in then cool.You know dang well alot of ppl dont.Slayer used to be my favorite metal band and now i dont really listen to them because they cant seem to stop singing about God and religion,like i need slayer to tell me whats up,lol.All im saying guys is you know it promotes a life style thats not healthy .if your older and it dosnt bring you down then cool.I love the beats and mixes and all,just show us some non gangst-drug-tagging-ho lovin stuff and ill be glad to check it out.Iv heard alot of underground stuff i liked,just cant remember names.

I have to agree i hate all rap exept for the rap in Linkin Park. Its amazing stuff.
